FAQ's:

How we are reducing our environmental footprint:

Sustainable packaging is a high priority for Happy Succas so carbon neutral shipping for

starters. We ship through both Australia Post (Express Shipping for any order including plant(s)) and *Sendle who are Australia’s first carbon neutral shipping company, which means every time we send you a parcel, sendle offset the carbon emissions by investing in remarkable environmental projects. *For live arrangement deliveries we use Aramax.

We do not use soft plastics with our packaging unless it's being re-used from our suppliers. Anything we do not find a purpose for re-using, we recycle via REDcycle.

 

We use Bio-Fill as our packing peanuts which is is a 100% Biodegradable & is made from Australian corn and potato starch. When immersed in water it dissolves with no harmful residue, and can be disposed of with rubbish as it completely breaks down. How great is that?!!!

Other packaging we use includes Detpaks which are made from nature, biodegradable and compostable.

Where we deliver to?:

We offer shipping within Australia however due to bio security laws we cannot send plants & arrangements to TAS, NT or WA. If you attempt to order a live plant item from TAS, NT or WA you will receive a refund for that portion of your order, minus a $5.00 processing fee. Thank you for understanding :)

We deliver non living items such as the nekked planters and accessories Australia wide.

How is delivery charged?:

Delivery is calculated in tiers of weight/volume ranging from 0.01kg to 40kgs. Shipping over 40kgs will require a second order to be placed.

When will your order be delivered?:

Plants and arrangements are sent out Mondays (with the exception of public holidays) to assure plant health. Cut offs for orders are 12pm the Thursday before, this allows us to dry out the plant before shipping. Orders placed after the cut off day will be sent the following Monday. Local deliveries are generally delivered within 1-2 business days. National orders can take between 1 to 8 business days depending on delivery location.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

- Not any 1 plant is exactly the same and minor variations may occur such as plant size and colour. Plants may also have minor scarring or marks on them, succulents will grow out of this.

- Perfectly imperfect: our concrete planters are all handmade so you may notice some minor imperfections such as air bubbles, voids and pin holes which brings out the natural look of our concrete creations.

Pictures and information are intended as a guide only.

- If you attempt to order a live plant item from TAS, NT or WA you will receive a refund for that portion of your order, minus a $5.00 processing fee.

How items are sent:

Due to the nature of the products and movement with shipping, arrangements are sent as a DIY kit with full instructions of how to assemble your beautiful creation.

Plants are sent bare rooted (without pots or soil)

All plants are inspected and we package our products with love and care using environmentally sustainable packaging.

My item arrived damaged!

We rely on a third party courier to get your package(s) out to you in the great shape they’ve left us in. Although the nature of our products are fragile and unfortunately sometimes things can go wrong :(

​

Some plants can be very delicate and leaves may drop off during shipping (but don't stress, a lot of succulents can be propagated by their leaves!). Just head over to our buds @ Succulents & Sunshine - How to Propagate Succulents from Leaves and Cuttings! Shifting of arrangements may also occur. By placing your order you accept that Happy Succas will not be responsible if this type of damage or disruption occurs, however if your planter arrives damaged or broken, we're so sorry! Please reach out to us at happysuccas@gmail.com, be sure to include your name, order number, photos of your damaged item(s) including a snap of how the product arrived in it's packaging and we can look at getting you a replacement or refund. Make sure you notify us within 5 days of receiving your delivery so we can rectify the issues ASAP.

Change of mind:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind so please be mindful when purchasing.
